Full Day Blacksmithing Workshop
This full-day Saturday class runs from 10am-3pm, with a break for lunch. The workshop will introduce participants to using tools effectively and the basics of forging metal. We will cover a variety of introductory blacksmithing techniques, including: tapering, shouldering, spreading, bending, curling, burnishing, riveting, and hot cutting.
Four-person capacity per class allows for lots of hands on learning and instruction. All tools, safety gear, and materials will be provided. Long pants and close-toed shoes are required.
Classes located at Skyline Farm: 95 The Lane Road, North Yarmouth, Maine. Classes are non-refundable but I can try to find switch dates if another class has openings with adequate notice of over two weeks.
